I can't say enough good things about Dr. Granzow and his entire support team! Scheduling appointments is easy and efficient, staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating if I need to reschedule or have any questions about my treatment or other administrative matters. Dr. Granzow is extremely thorough, professional, and personable. He truly cares about his patients and their goals/concerns. He takes the time to listen and explains things in a way you can understand.

Dr. Granzow and his staff are amazing. From the initial point of contact they were kind and friendly. They took time to fully understand my case to be sure I would be a good candidate for surgery. The consultation was extremely informative and they were sure to answer all of my questions. I recently had surgery in March and his staff has been diligent about following up with me and my therapist at home to ensure I am progressing during my recovery. He really is a miracle worker and I am already very pleased with the results.

I flew to California from Florida for an appointment with Dr. Granzow and was hoping for the best! From the moment I entered the waiting room and was greeted and offered coffee or water I knew I had nothing to worry about with regard to the professionalism of this office and how they treat their patients. Dr. Granzow, Julie, Thao, Kat and Linda were all so wonderfully compassionate and caring. Kat has been extremely responsive to all of my follow-up questions and I received a handwritten note from Dr. Granzow upon my return to Florida. I have surgery scheduled in June and I know I'm in great hands with Dr. Granzow's impressive expertise!

I've watch good customer service become extinct and people especially in the medical world not seem to care about their patients. I've felt like just another number at some doctor visits but I have met Katherine, Thao, & Dr. Granzow only once and they have treated me how I would want someone to take care of my sister or loved one. The world of lymphedema is so complex and challenging. It's people like them who show kindness and actually care that really help uplift my spirit through daily trials.

After five years, including 6+ different doctors, and multiple misdiagnoses I am so lucky to have found Dr. Granzow. After the LVA procedure my primary leg lymphedema has improved tremendously. His team was so wonderful to me and my life is forever changed for the better!!! Cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Granzow and his team are truly miraculous! I am extremely lucky to have them as my Lymphedema wizards! Thank you from my heart and soul: Dr Granzow, Julie Soderberg, Thao, Mariela, Kat, Yvette, Amy for all your hard work, professionalism, skills, passion for what you do, and compassion! I am one week post-op after SAPL surgery for my right leg and hip. Amazing results: the right leg is the size of the left one. For many people it is a given to have approximately the same size legs. For me for the last four years my right leg was twice as big as my left one. Not enough words to describe my experience, but I will try.
I had endometrial cancer in 2009, total hysterectomy, 22 lymph nodes were removed. In 2010 had the first episode of swelling in my right leg. The swelling went down within a week. For the next five years I had swelling once in a while, but it subsided within a week or so. Unfortunately, I was not diagnosed till 2015, when swelling became persistent and I had the first bout of cellulitis. After 11 bouts of cellulitis, and 3 hospitalizations with blood sepsis, I was diagnosed with lymphedema stage 2+ in my right leg, and recommended to consider SAPL surgery that not only would decrease the volume of the leg, but also reduce the risk of recurrent cellulitis. I followed all conservative therapy methods since 2016: compression, MLD, bandaging. But none of these helped, because by that time I had a non-pitting stage of lymphedema. The quality of everyday life became lower and lower: losing mobility (difficult to walk, almost impossible to go up/down the stairs), recurrent cellulitis infections (11 bouts since 2015), constant fear of injury (insect bites, pet scratches, cuts/burns, etc.), fear of normal activities (walking, driving, cooking, swimming, traveling, etc.). And many more aspects like damaged self-esteem, trying to find shoes that fit, avoiding social activities, etc.
And then I found Dr. Granzow and his team! And had SAPL surgery one week ago. I am on my recovery journey, and Dr. Granzow's team is with me every step of the way! My special thanks to Julie Soderberg for taking care of me and my leg! Julie is an amazing Lymphedema physical therapist with a golden heart and incredible skills! Oh, and I forgot to mention that the whole process was well organized and personable: from the first call I made to schedule a consultation appointment, to information for logistics of being an out-of-town patient, to getting the insurance authorization by very effective appeal actions, to the surgery and hospital stay, to recovery!
Ten thousand stars to Dr. Granzow and his team!

My experience was great! From the first phone call speaking with Julie, I knew this was a great office. She was friendly and so helpful. The office in general was professional and accommodating. Thao is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Granzow is there to help you. He took his time and didn’t rush me. He answered all of my questions with great detail. The practice manager, Kat, is wonderful. This is a great place, and I feel fortunate to have them on my side.

Dr. Granzow has literally changed my way of life for the better! It took me fifteen long years dealing with swelling of my left leg due to lymphedema, but I am thankful I found Dr. Granzow. His procedure helped me get my leg back to a normal size. But most important to me is he gave me back my confidence and self-acceptance. Truly we are all beautiful in our own ways but as humans, our imperfections can fog that and trigger self-judgement. Thanks to Dr. Granzow, I am on my way to a normal lifestyle. My surgery is recent, but I am looking forward to a full recovery and being able to live a normal active lifestyle. Thank you, Dr. Granzow! Many thanks to his amazing staff as well! Thao, Katherine (Kat), Julie I., Julie S. and Mariela just to name a few! Thank you all for your contribution throughout the process and I look forward to seeing you for the next phase.
